SMS retention SMS retention   Once installed, this system will record all the SMS messages sent and received through a GSM network. It works with all kind of frequency bands (iDEN, CDMA, GSM, DCS, PCS, UMTS etc.) and can save SMS messages for a long period of time (usually 3 to 5 years, depending on the size of the backup systems). All the text messages are recorded and can be reviewed whenever the customer wants. Search patterns will allow to search for mobile phone numbers, incoming or outgoing phone call of SMS messages.
